After self-imposed exile from Ultrarunning due to knee pain and taking up UltraCycling, I decided to train for the 2008 American River 50 and get back in the game. I had a successful ulracycle ride at the Hoodoo 500 in the same year. What next?
54,000 feet of climbing this month so far. All systems go. I know what to do. Just need to crack the endurance whip and not get off the bike for more than 20 minutes to do what I want to do.
